JavaDay Lviv 2019 was an amazing event that handles more than 200 participants and many well-known and worldwide speakers. Interesting topics and the 8-bit games main theme created an amazing atmosphere.
Dear friends! We have a small announcement that tickets for JavaDay Lviv 2019 are almost sold out. On February 23rd, the international conference dedicated to the Java programming language and related technologies will be held in Lviv.
JavaDay Lviv is an annual international conference related to Java technologies and eco-system. The speaker’s line up is very promising and this is worth to hear those guys in person. So just a short intro:
Mark Heckler – a Pivotal Principal Technologist & Spring Developer Advocate, conference speaker, published author, & Java Champion focusing upon developing innovative production-ready software at velocity for the Cloud and IoT applications.
Rafael Benevides is a Director of Developer Experience at RedHat. He worked in several fields including application architecture and design. Besides that, he is a member of Apache DeltaSpike PMC – a Duke’s Choice Award winner project. Rafael is a speaker in conferences like JUDCon, TDC, JavaOne, and Devoxx.
Chris Thalinger – is a software engineer working on Java Virtual Machines for over 13 years. His main expertise is in compiler technology with Just-In-Time compilation in particular. Initially being involved with the CACAO and GNU Classpath projects, the focus shifted to OpenJDK as soon as Sun made the JDK open-source. Ever since Chris has worked on the HotSpot JVM at Sun, Oracle and now at Twitter.
Evgeny Borisovis Big Data Technical Leader at NAYA. Big Data Technical Leader, Senior Java Consultant, Architect and Mentor Leading and consulting Spark projects with Java, Scala, and Python. Leading microservices projects with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring cloud etc. One of the best speakers of Devoxx, JEEConf, JavaDay, JPoint, Joker.
Nicolas Fränkel – Developer Advocate, an engineer with 15+ years experience consulting for many different customers, in a wide range of contexts (such as telecoms, banking, insurances, large retail and public sector). Usually works on Java/Java EE and Spring technologies, but with narrower interests like Software Quality, Build Processes and Rich Internet Applications.
Anton Arhipov is a Java Champion and has around 15 years of development experience. Worked as a product manager at JRebel and XRebel. Now turned into DevRel person, employed at JetBrains as a Technical Evangelist.
